NOTE: 4% CONVENIENCE FEE EFFECTIVE 8/01/2025

Convenience fee for payments will increase to 4% on August 1st, 2025. This includes the phone system, in office card transactions, and payments made on this website. To avoid, you can utilize cash and check payments in office or dropbox for no fee, or use our new website at denisontx.payacp.com (2.75% fee on card payments, $1.00 flat fee for e-check payments)

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
If your services need to be reinstated after making an online payment, please contact our office at 903-465-2720 opt. 1.
If you have a water emergency outside of regluar business hours, please call the afterhours number, 903-464-4427.
