You can now pay your City of Denison Utility Bill by phone! Call 1-888-291-0977 to make a payment using a debit card, credit card, or e-check! When you call, enter your account number without the dashes to get started. A 3% transaction fee will apply.

NOTE: CONVENIENCE FEES EFFECTIVE 10/01/2023

A convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all online payments, including auto pay set up through this website. This fee is to assist in offsetting the City's costs of accepting electronic payments.

You can avoid these fees by paying with cash or check, or by enrolling in bank draft through our office. To sign up for auto pay without fees, please fill out a bank draft form. Form is availabe in office at 300 W Main, or online at https://denisontx.gov/207/Utility-Forms
