If you have a question about your account, please email us at utilities@denisontx.gov or use the contact information to the right. If you choose to email, please include your name and service address.

NOTE: CONVENIENCE FEE EFFECTIVE 10/01/2023

A convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all online payments, including auto pay set up through this website.

This fee is to assist in offsetting the City's costs of accepting electronic payments.

You can avoid these fees by paying with cash or check, or signing up for bank draft enrollment through our office (form required).

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
If your services need to be reinstated after making an online payment, please contact our office at 903-465-2720 opt. 1.
If you have a water emergency outside of regluar business hours, please call the afterhours number, 903-464-4427.
