Please note that the City of Denison will no longer be using this website after September 30th, 2025. Please enroll in the new payment portal at denisontx.payacp.com to continue paying online.
Convenience fee will increase to 4% on August 1st, 2025. This is includes the phone system, in office card transactions, and payments made on this website.
You can avoid these fees entirely by paying with cash or check, or by enrolling in bank draft through our office. To sign up for auto pay without fees, please fill out a bank draft form. Form is availabe in office at 300 W Main, or online at https://denisontx.gov/207/Utility-Forms
You can also use our new payment website at denisontx.payacp.com (2.75% fee on card payments, $1.00 flat fee for e-check payments)
Annual Water Quality Report: The City of Denison's 2024 Annual Water Quality Report is now available for viewing online at www.cityofdenison.com/waterqualityreport. This report contains important information about the source and quality of your drinking water. If you have questions, please contact 903-464-4480.
